We are funding project as a partner, up to 80% funds of the project cost.

KAPRI Holding & Consulting AG, a Swiss Company, developing its business, is now ready, willing and able to Fund Projects as a Partner, Our Procedure as following:

 

1. First we need The Feasibility Study OR Executive Summary of the Project.

2. Our Financial Team shall study the Executive Summary, if it's approved and accepted, the Owner shall receive our Primary Offer For Funding Project As a Partner.

3. If the Owner accepts our Terms, Conditions and Procedures, He must send us his acceptance by signed Letter Of Intent (LOI).

4. After receiving signed LOI, Our Financial Team shall study the Project with Our Bank.

5. If the Project Approved by our Bank, The Owner shall receive Our Full Offer.

6. If the Owner accepts our Full Offer, he must confirm his acceptance and ask for PGPA (Primary General Partnership Agreement).

7. After receiving The Confirmation from the Owner, we shall send our PGPA, and invite the Owner to Switzerland for meeting in KAPRI Office to sign the contract.

8. After signing the contract, every party will get hard copy, and the transaction start.
